Frank started in commercial refrigeration in 1984. Since opening, the company has logged 20,000+ commercial service calls, installed 500+ walk-in coolers and freezers, and put in 1,500+ commercial and residential HVAC systems — across walk-ins, chillers, rooftop HVAC units, kitchen exhaust systems, and industrial cooling plants. Under restaurants, in food manufacturing facilities, on warehouse roofs in January.
He built Cold Freeze Technologies around one non-negotiable: the same guy who answers the phone does the work. No dispatch queues. No "we'll send someone Thursday." No subcontracting the hard parts to whoever's available. Every tech is fully insured and workers'-comp covered. Every walk-in install carries a 1–5 year equipment warranty; new HVAC carries 5–10 years through the manufacturer; labor is backed for 1 year.
